Purpose for which Data will be Used

The personal data contained on this Site has been provided to KPMG by Peel Ports Group to help you improve your understanding and awareness of your total remuneration package and of the benefits offered. We will also collect information provided voluntarily by you when you access this Site to take advantage of Peel Ports Benefits and when you communicate directly with us.

We will process your personal data in order to provide and maintain the Peel Ports Benefits scheme. We will not process your personal data for any other purposes unless we obtain your specific consent, or are otherwise required or permitted by law or professional standards.

Your personal data will primarily reside in the EU. We may share your personal data that you submit to us via this Site to other member firms in the KPMG network of firms or to subcontractors working on our behalf (including transfers across geographical borders)who are required to protect your personal data in the same way as us.
